Are you ready, agent?
K.I.’s secret agents are constantly training to activate their Hidden Abilities. With these 3 missions, you’ll test your communication skills, memory, and concentration. Get ready to send secret messages, observe carefully, and use the power of
Unlimited Breath!
Mission 1: Secret Messages
Remember that all secret agents have a way of writing messages to each other. Messages that no one else can read… unless they have the special K.I. filter.
Agent Equipment
- 1 sheet of red cellophane
- paper
- blue, green, and red pencils or markers
That's it!
Shipping Instructions
- Type the message you want to send in blue or green.
- Draw lots of patterns and lines over it with a red marker so that the message can't be read.
- Forward the message to another agent.
- As soon as the red filter is held over the paper, the red lines and patterns will “disappear,” and the secret message will be revealed.

Mission 2: Secret Objects
Good secret agents are observant and have a good memory. In this mission, you'll test whether you can quickly and accurately remember what you see. Ask a friend or an adult for help.
Agent Equipment
- paper
- 10–20 small items
- a watch or stopwatch
- a small mirror
Mission Execution
- Without looking, the second person will place 6 objects on a table or on the floor (e.g., a pencil, a book, a key, a toy, a spoon, a straw).
- You'll have 30 seconds to look at them carefully.
- Then, either the objects will be covered with a piece of paper, or you'll turn your back.
- Now try to name as many objects as you can remember.
- If you're having trouble, you can use your compact mirror to take a very quick "sneak peek" at the table without turning your body.
- Hold the small mirror in front of you and try to see the objects in the reflection.
- Warning: You only have 3 seconds for the sneak peek.

Mission 3: Unlimited Breath
Before every serious mission or decision, the secret agents of K.I. have a secret weapon: Unlimited Breath. With a deep, quiet breath, they can calm down, focus, and think clearly.

Agent Equipment
- a subject you have to study or learn
- a comfortable chair or armchair
Mission Execution
- Sit back comfortably and close your eyes for a moment.
- Take a deep breath through your nose and count slowly to 3.
- Hold it for a second.
- Exhale slowly through your mouth.
- Now try to focus all your senses on the lesson in front of you.
- Time yourself and write down how long it took you to understand and complete it. Do the same over the next few days.
- You'll find that the more you practice your concentration, the more easily and quickly you'll complete your assignments.
