"Secret Mission: CF²" is an educational campaign by the Hellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association, which visits schools, classrooms, educational seminars, and cultural events throughout Greece.

Την ενημέρωση και ευαισθητοποίηση γύρω από την Κυστική Ίνωση και παράλληλα την ανάδειξη των «Κρυφών Ικανοτήτων» – των εσωτερικών δυνάμεων που κάθε παιδί μπορεί να ανακαλύψει όταν έρχεται αντιμέτωπο με προκλήσεις και δυσκολίες.
"Classified Faculties" is a key educational concept developed by the Hellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association and runs horizontally across the pedagogical framework of the Educational Campaign.
Key campaign tool is the children's book "Secret Mission: CF²", published in November 2025. This book is a sequel to the first edition of the book "Secret Mission: K.I." (2023), which was originally created as a self-management and psychosocial empowerment tool for children and families in the cystic fibrosis community. Learn more about the first edition.
The warm reception and success of the first book showed how deeply it could touch young and old alike. So, in 2025, the "Secret Mission" grew and turned into an Educational Campaign, so that the message of Unlimited Breath could travel to all schools in Greece.
It is a journey of knowledge, imagination, and empathy, teaching children that every challenge and every difficulty can become a source of strength, and every breath a life mission.
Our goal is to create an educational movement of awareness, acceptance, and hope, starting with cystic fibrosis but ultimately reaching all children.
Through imagination, knowledge, and collaboration, children are introduced to the educational framework of Classified Faculties (HA) and learn that we all have the power within us to endure, love, support, give, and inspire.
The "Secret Mission" is an invitation: to see life with new eyes, to talk about health, care, giving, and the value of Breath.

The campaign "Secret Mission: CF²" has been designed and implemented by the Hellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association and author-illustrator Liana Denezaki, and is based on the educational framework developed by the Association as part of the campaign.
The Campaign is under the Scientific Patronage of:

of the Hellenic Transplant Organization (EOM).
At the same time, it collaborates with educators, scientists, doctors, and creators, bringing together science, art, and education in a common "Life Mission."
